As I write this, I’m listening to the Moana soundtrack… haha! I can’t get enough. We saw Moana in the theaters last week, and I have to say it was a VAST improvement over Trolls. If you have kiddos, I definitely recommend. I love Disney movies with their strong female characters facing obstacles and not giving up. And I might have even got a little teary-eyed in the end. And maybe even sometimes when I listen to the soundtrack, haha. I think I am just tired. The holidays are SO fun but also so draining!

This dress is so beautiful! I loved it the moment I saw it, but I had to wait a bit because at full-price it is an investment. Good news- this dress is on major sale! It is so great for the holidays… a real showstopper. We shot these photos at the beautiful Mission San Juan Capistrano, and I can’t even tell you how many compliments I got on the dress and people wanting to know where it was from.

Because the dress is such a statement in itself you don’t really need to go crazy with shoes or accessories. For an elegant evening out or party, I would pair with a simple black strappy sandal and call it a day. I gave it an edgy vibe by pairing with peep-toe booties (on sale!!!) and a choker. To spice it up for the holidays, finish the look with a bold red lip. I have about 5 red lipsticks that I rotate through all year long, but here I am wearing this one.

Thank you so much for stopping by… I am grateful for all of you following along! Please leave comments so I know who you are. I appreciate each and every one of them!! xx, Missy
