Happy Friday! This week has been kind of a rough one. We are in the final stages of remodeling the kitchen (subway tile goes up this weekend!!!), and I am really hoping it will all be done by the end of next week. Our little family is so sick of eating out. Literally nothing sounds good anymore. I am just craving some simple food like a homemade pb&j haha. Or scrambled eggs. Or coffee when I wake up in the morning. It will be so worth it when it’s done, but I know we won’t be remodeling again anytime soon with this memory fresh in our heads. The good news is- it’s almost done, and I can’t wait to share our before & after pictures.
I am such a sucker for a good floral print, especially when done on dresses. This floral tunic dress had me at hello. I am really liking long sleeved, shorter length swing dresses for fall. They are wearable in the heat, and when the weather cools I can pair with my over the knee boots (like that’s going to happen anytime soon- hello heat wave!). There is something about a floral dress (especially when done by Anthropologie) that I can never pass up. The beaded detailing at the neckline is so pretty, and the print is a bold modern peonies motif (who doesn’t like peonies?).
If you aren’t a floral person, there are different looks coming to the blog soon, but be forewarned this won’t be the last of the floral dresses. 🙂
Thanks for stopping by, and have a great weekend!
xx Missy
