Day to Night: What I Wore in Catalina
hi guys! Today’s post is in collaboration with my fav Nordstrom! Nordstrom carries a HUGE selection of the brand Topshop. I love Topshop because it’s trendy and has a great price point. If there is a hot trend, Topshop will have the latest. I love getting trendy pieces at bargain prices because trends come and go. With that said, Topshop also has some closet staple items at a low price like their jeans which have a cult following and come in tons of colors and washes.
We recently visited Catalina Island which is a quick ferry ride from Orange County where I live, and in today’s post I am sharing my look from day to night. So make sure you scroll all the way to the bottom to see the second outfit! xx

The key to vacation packing is bringing key pieces that can work double time. Like this off the shoulder ruffle swimsuit. Wear it to the beach or pool, and just throw a cute pair of denim shorts on and it works as a cute top (looks like a bodysuit!). Topshop sizing can sometimes be tricky. Nordstrom always includes their sizing next top the Topshop sizing since Topshop can run small. I also always read the reviews to see how sizing runs. In this swimsuit, I got a size US 6 which equates to Nordstrom sizing 2-4. I feel like this suit runs pretty true to size. I probably would have sized down to a US 4 because I had extra fabric bunching around the middle and I like a more fitted look.
The sizing for these fun rainbow striped pants is the opposite. I got a Topshop size 2 (which equates to a 0) and I definitely should have gone one size up. I’m loving all the fun colorful pants that Topshop has right now. I recently wore this solid blue pair (see it styled here!) and got so many compliments. I love color year round, but especially in the summer and on vacation.
