When Pantone released their color of the year for 2016 (rose quartz & serenity), I was a little on the fence. It’s basically a rosy pink and baby blue, and I hadn’t thought of using those colors together except maybe for babies. So with that said, I’ve found myself pairing these colors together without even thinking about it… I don’t know if it is the power of suggestion or what, but I am a fan!

A blush pink bag like this one is the perfect everyday neutral instead of beige. I love that it has both a regular handle and a crossbody strap so that you have more options on how you can wear. I have been addicted to crossbody bags lately… I think because it’s super easy to swing on and then be hands-free for when I am out and about with Max.

I picked up with denim halter dress at the Shopbop Friends & Family sale. It’s also available at Nordstrom & Free People. It’s a no fuss dress that’s easy to throw on for spring and summer. I would say the sizing runs pretty generously. I got a small, and I could easily fit into the extra-small. I also own these denim cutoff’s by the same brand, and I feel like they run one size large too. I also nabbed these wedge sandals during the sale, and they are my absolute favorite. Lace-up sandals are a huge trend, and I am especially digging the wider lace-up straps as a change-up from all the skinny strapped lace-up sandals that I have been seeing out there.
