When my blogger friend Alissa from Lipgloss & Labels texted me a pic of this velvet miniskirt, I immediately dropped everything I was doing to run to the mall and get it. Word to the wise- this skirt is selling out fast. Last I checked it was sold out at Nordstrom, but you can still get it here! I am wearing a size 0 and feel it runs tts. The ruffle edge is just so cute! I can’t wait to wear this again on date night. Half the fun of date night is having the excuse to get dressed up.

There is so much exciting stuff in the works… my blog is undergoing a huge redesign, that I am hoping will be complete before the holidays. I am also working on my blogger office and can’t wait to do the big reveal. And as far as family life, we just celebrated my, Chad’s, and Lily’s birthdays with Max right around the corner. So if you want to know why I have been MIA every so often we have a lot going on. I seriously don’t know how moms with multiple kids and jobs outside the home manage it all. Coffee during the day and wine at night get me through!
