Our Favorite October Tradition

Oh how I love this time of year! October is the gateway to holiday season, and I am so ready! In October we love to do all the fall things… visiting the pumpkin patch, going apple picking, decorating for Halloween, and my favorite- a scary movie marathon.
I LOVED scary movies as a child. Looking back it seems strange… like where on earth were my parents… but I remember watching Poltergeist by myself. Like legit all the time. And I was probably seven years old? Possibly younger. When Chad and I started dating, I would drag him to see all the scary movies. And he wasn’t a fan. It wasn’t until I got pregnant with Max that I could no longer tolerate scary movies. I would end up watching a majority of them hiding behind my hands.
With that said, I still love our family *scary* movie marathon. My personal favorites are Beetlejuice (classic!), Casper, Hocus Pocus, and Charlie and the Great Pumpkin. We all change into our comfies or pj’s and settle in with some popcorn and candy. And wine for me and the hubs!
For Chad it doesn’t get much comfier than the new Jockey Men’s Signature Cotton Modal Stretch Collection. Guys can never have too many white undershirts so it’s a great stocking stuffer for the guy in your life.
The Cotton Model Stretch Boxer Brief has the same Cool Tech + Stay Fresh technology, and they come in a bunch of cute colors. Chad can be extremely picky about the boxers he wears, and he really likes these and says they are comfy.
Because of my husband’s rave reviews, I had to check it out for myself. Personally I love sleeping in cotton underwear and their Retro Stripe Collection is the highest quality cotton panty that I have found in a while. Even better than a major rand that looks similar and much more expensive.
