I think it’s finally hit us that the holidays are here. And many of us (myself, included) are in mild panic mode about getting our Christmas shopping done. I would like to tell you that my life is perfectly organized and that all my Christmas shopping is done, but that would be a lie. In my defense, Max’s birthday is the week before Christmas so it’s hard to focus 100% on Christmas until after his birthday. That’s what I keep telling myself anyway! I am a procrastinator, and honestly I don’t see that changing. I love gift giving and pride myself on being a good gift giver, but I really don’t get that burst of inspiration figuring out the perfect present for someone until the last online shipping day.

Now that we have all accepted that the holidays are among us, we are also thinking- oh, shoot what are we doing for New Year’s? And more importantly, what are we wearing for New Year’s? My favorite combo is a mini dress and festive heels. This year I am loving bright-colored holiday heels in bright red or fuchsia, or metallics preferably with some sparkle.
