Hello 2020
I love this time of year because it feels like a new beginning. I have so many new year’s resolutions that I have a hard time narrowing them down. Usually I pick so many that I end up not really changing anything. So if I had to pick just one, it would be to drink more water. Drinking water is really hard for me, and I am already struggling with my resolution. In second runner up position is get more sleep. I am someone that needs 9 hours of sleep. But let me clarify, I never get that much sleep… 🙂
I also have professional goals… I would like to get back to consistently blogging and do a home tour. Is that something you guys would be interested in? I have shown a few little snippets of my home over the past year, but I am finally getting things exactly the way I want them. Including hanging a million frames in my stairwell… you can see a sneak peek on Instagram here!

Since I work out of my home, I have to admit that I do a lot of work in my pajamas. And these pajamas look and feel luxurious. And I feel comfortable answering the door in them which is important (hi UPS guy). I spend a lot of my time at home since I work out of my house. Living well begins at home. 🙂

I recently posted this selfie on Instagram, and I got more DM’s and comments on my new S & L rug than anything. I went with the fog color which is a great neutral, and the texture makes my living room feel so much more cozy with a boho feel.
I have had my eye on this woven pendant for YEARS I tell you… woven pendants are so popular right now, and what I love about this one is the structure (clean & streamlined), the scale (its HUGE!), and the price (I’ve seen some woven pendants that are priced in the thousands range).
