Floral Sheath Dress
Dress: Byron Lars Brocade Garden Sheath | Sandals: Stuart Weitzman Nudistsong Adobe Patent {best staple shoes ever} (similar for less here & here)
Am I the only one in shock that February is already here? I will be honest that I haven’t even fully put away the Christmas decorations yet. #oops
Christmas is my favorite time of year, but I am actually looking forward to Spring and warm weather and wearing bright colors and dresses again. Out of the entire year, February is the month where it’s okay to be ultra girly and feminine. Bust out your pinks, reds, hearts & ribbons. I am excited to share some Valentine’s inspiration over the next few weeks. And if you don’t have a Valentine this year, it’s even more of an excuse to splurge on something for yourself, like these heart shoes. Yessss! Sorry, I know I am a bad influence. 😉
I am starting off February with this Anthropologie floral sheath dress which is equal parts sexy and sweet. We shot these photos at the historic Mission San Juan Capistrano, which is so beautiful and you will be seeing more of over the next couple weeks.
This is my second Byron Lars dress (see the other one here), and I love the detailing of these dresses. I will say it again- these are like works of art that you wear! This one somehow magically gives me a booty and is so worth the headache of getting this dress on & off. There is no way that you can get this dress fully buttoned by yourself unless you are Mission Impossible style. It’s a great dress for Valentine’s because it requires your partner’s help getting it off! haha
Lots of fun stuff coming to the blog this week…. including my kitchen reveal (finally)! Check back!!!
xoxo, Missy
