What to Wear Christmas Morning

Hi loves! I am excited to share this robe/dress with you because it’s what I’m planning on wearing Christmas morning to open presents. It’s a little more sophisticated than comfy pj’s, but still completely comfortable too. If you read the reviews on this maxi, everyone seems to be rocking it as a dress- not as a robe- myself included. I am wearing an XS, and I definitely feel like the fit is generous so size down. I get LOADS of compliments every time I wear this. I wear it in public more than I wear in the privacy of my own home haha. Because I am busty, I just wear a bralette underneath. The skirt can drape open, especially if you are a fast walker like me (places to go, people to see) so I wear a pair of black cotton shorts underneath. Gotta keep it classy!

We are hosting Christmas at our home this year, and I’m completely excited. My family is driving a long way to be with us, and I am so grateful. It’s really important to me to have Christmas at my home and start our own family traditions now that both kiddos are older and can appreciate these things. Last year we spent Christmas at my mom’s and loaded all the kids gifts to have them open there, and so many of the packages were damaged, just the wrapping not the contents. But being OCD about my gift wrap, I totally cried. Not the best way to start a Christmas getaway.

Because we are hosting Christmas morning at our home, there will be lots to do, and it’s nice to already know what I’m wearing. I plan on throwing on this robe/gown and calling it a day.
