It’s an especially good Friday because the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale officially starts today! If you aren’t familiar with this sale, it is Nordstrom’s biggest and happens only once a year. The items included in the sale go back to regular, full-price after the sale ends on August 6th. It’s a great time to stock up on items for fall, and there’s also new merchandise you can wear now.
Personally, I tend to go for the items that you can get away with wearing now. Because I live in Southern California, there is a really small window for me to wear sweaters and stuff so I go for more transitional items that I can start wearing right away.
In cased you missed my last round-up of favorites from the Nordstrom Anniversary sale when it was the Early Access period for cardholders, you can catch that here! I loved that round-up, and some of the items are still available in stock. I have said it before, and I will say it again… if you are eyeing something in the sale, don’t let it sit in your shopping cart. Get it right away, and return it later if you need to…
While working on these sale picks year after year, I see how quickly things sell out. I will include something on my collage and go to link it, and it’s already sold-out. Grrr. Stuff sells out fast!
My absolute favorite item in this round-up is these patent booties. I am CRAZY for them! I am just picturing them with all my knee length dresses. So cute! On a side note, I am on the hunt for a great pair of booties in white. I have never owned white booties before, but I think they are so striking.
As a second runner-up, I also love these studded booties which remind me a little of the Valentino’s. I’ve seen this maxi romper on another blogger, and it’s adorable! This cold-shoulder dress you can wear now with sandals and booties come fall. These black round sunglasses are on trend, perfect for fall, and such a great price for designer shades.
I also can’t stop thinking about this style hat. I can’t decide which color to get or what size. I have kind of a big head. Also, do you think the trend is here to stay?
Thanks for stopping by guys! Have a nice weekend!
